Risk and Choice of Law
Guests stay at the Lodge
and partake in any activities arranged at their
request entirely at their own risk. The company
shall not be liable for any acts or omissions
whether by reason of negligence or otherwise
and any liability of the company including but
not limited to consequential, special or aggravated
loss shall not in any event whatsoever exceed
the sum paid or payable for accommodation by
the claimant. This contract and any claims arising
out of or connected with it or against the company
shall be governed by the law of New Zealand
and the Guests submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of New Zealand Courts for the purposes thereof.
